    They were purchased in quantity from a closing machine shop, then tucked away in warehouse storage and forgotten. They may or may not arrive in original packaging, as many of the packs were found covered in musty dust. They may have some surface oxidization or discoloration, again due to years in storage. As the inserts were still sealed in their original packaging, they are presumed to be new, but any packaging itself may be in rough shape.
