This 9 Piece boring bar set made of
high quality
C-6 carbide, for use in harder materials but also works great in aluminum and other soft metals. Carbide is brazed cleanly and quite large for long life. All shanks are held to 0.0000-0.0005" from the nominal diameter and made of special heat treated alloy steel.
