Armstrong #9 Boring Bar Tool Holder

this is for a metal lathe and it fits the tower tool holders and accommodates boring bars with 3/4” diameter shanks.
Here is an Armstrong #9 boring bar tool holder. Since we know nothing about this tool, a fellow ebayer told us that this was for a metal lathe that accommodates boring bars with a 3/4" shank.
It is in used/aged condition with signs of use and age related wear.  There is wear, discoloration and dings.
