Vintage postcard with four scenes of the Connemara countryof western Ireland, including a view of Clifden and the lakes.

Front title reads, "CONNEMARA".
Back caption reads, "Connemara is the name given to the western portion
of Co. Galway, which lies between Lough Corrib and the Atlantic. It is a region
of superb scenic grandeur, dominated by the rocky mountain range known as
the Twelve Bens. A great many of the inhabitants are Irish speakers, and the
Connemara Gaeltacht (i.e., Irish-speaking area) provides students of Irish with
excellent opportunities for acquiring the language."
