Vintage Continental-sized (approx. 4x6”) postcard showing the stretch of Downings Bayand the Rosguill Peninsula of Donegal, in the north of the Republic of Ireland.

Back caption reads, "DOWNINGS, 3 miles north-west of Carrigart, is a
quiet little resort commanding a very fine view over the Ards peninsula,
with Muckish Mountain towering in the distant background. The circuit of the
Rosguill peninsula by the 'Atlantic Drive' is one of the finest scenic roads
in Donegal. Tranarossan Bay set between sheltering headlands, is particularly
beautiful. This area of Northern Donegal affords to tourists all the amenities
for an enjoyable and memorable holiday."
