    Description

Continental-sized (approx. 4x6) chrome postcard showing
the cascades of the Bundorragha River
at Delphi near Leenane in the Connemara Country of Ireland.
Front caption reads, "Bundorragha River, Delphi, Co. Mayo, Ireland."
    Back caption reads,
"BUNDORRAGHA RIVER, DELPHI, CO. MAYO: North of the great
Killary Harbour lies a deep valley beneath Mweelrea Mountain,
2688 feet, the highest mountain in Connacht. From Doo Lough flows the
Bundorragha River, a noted salmon water which attracts many anglers. For
the climber, the mountain peaks above the valley are most exciting. Here is scenery
so typical of the west of Ireland; where mountains, lakes and rivers combine to
form majestic, yet peaceful scenes, to delight all those whose good fortune it is
    to visit Ireland."
Card No. 2/135 published by John Hinde, Dalkey.
    Split back; unused.
    Good condition, with
    light edge wear. See photos.
    Ships in a plastic holder.
