Vintage glossy Signal Series postcard with a view of Donegall Square at Belfast, Northern Ireland.Nice view of the statuary in front of City Hall.
Red caption reads, "Donegall Square, Belfast."
Signal Series Card No. 1043, published by E&S Ltd., Dublin and Belfast.
Split back, used, postmarked Limerick 1911.
Inked note, sent to a Miss Hawkins, reads,
"Limerick, Wednesday.
D.A., Did not attend the dance this week, feeling a bit off.
The new man seems to be going on alright, he has married.
The Church bells are ringing tonight. Albert".
Fair condition only:
Vivid color at center, but lots of edge wear and chipping; one large crescent crack in the glaze across the middle.
