    Description

    Vintage colored postcard with a semi-illustrated view of Kate Kearney's Cottage, a famous stopping place near the Gap of Dunloe above the Lakes of Killarney, Ireland.
    The cottage view, a photograph, is enhanced with cartoon images of Victorian toutists on a jaunting car, the proprietess at the door.
    Turf smoke rises from the chimney.
    Red caption reads, "Kate Kearney's Cottage, Killarney".
    Published by Valentine, Dublin, with the blue figural harp logo.
    Split back, used, postmarked Killarney 1907 and mailed to Saratoga Springs, New York.
    Good condition with light corner wear and some staining / age discoloration on address side. See photos.
