Vintage Continental-sized (approx. 4x6") postcard with a view of the refurbished
Dalcassian Hall in Knappogue Castle, near Quin / Sixmile Bridge, Clare, Ireland.
Tapestries hang above substantial oaken furniture.

"DALCASSION HALL, KNAPPOGUE CASTLE:
Built around 1450, this 15th century Castle has been developed as a cultural
centre and Tourist attraction by the Development Company at Shannon Airport.
The Castle which is adjacent to Quin Village and only 7 miles from Shannon has
been wonderfully restored to its early glory which is richly preserved with original
tapestries and furniture of the period. A feature of the Castle's attraction is the nightly
Pageant of Irish History in the Great Hall."
