"Over 600 yrs old a part of estate which
consists of 80 thousand acres & belongs to an American.
Boring of Cal. a multi millionaire
gave it to his daughter when she married
Vincent, an Irishman.
It requires between 35 & 40 caretakers
for upkeep. Each caretake has a beautiful modern house
beautiful yard & gardens
besides good salary."
