Back caption reads, "O'CONNELL BRIDGE AND RIVER LIFFEY. Dublin, capital of Ireland, was founded by Viking
pirates over a thousand years ago. The lovely city stands at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains, facing
Dublin Bay, and is famous for its magnificent Georgian architecture and spacious streets.
