Description
Continental-sized (approx. 4x6) chrome postcard with a view of young people enjoyingthe beautiful grounds of Phoenix Park, Dublin, with the Wellington Monument obelisk
in the background.

Back caption reads, "PHOENIX PARK, covering 1,760 acres, is one of the finest enclosed
public parks in the world. Near the main entrance are the beautiful People's Gardens.
In the Park is Aras an Uachtarain (residence of the President of Ireland), the Papal Nunciature
and the American Embassy, and on the northern end is the Phoenix Park Race Course.
The Zoological Gardens lie off the main road through the Phoenix Park. Founded in 1830,
it is the third oldest Zoo in the world, and is famous for the breeding of lions."
