    Vintage illustrated St. Patrick's Day postcard with a painting of Serpent Lake at the Gap of Dunloe,
    near the Lakes of Killarney, Ireland.
    Embossed shamrock and green silk border; light gilding.
    Copyright John Winsch 1911.
    Front greeting reads, "Erin Go Bragh".
    Caption on inset reads, "SERPENT LAKE, GAP OF DUNLOE, KILLARNEY".
    Published by Winsch, 1911; printed in Germany.
    Split back; used with an inked note to someone in hospital in Wilkes Barre, PA, but not posted (no stamp or postmark).
    Note reads,
    "With Mothers love. here wishing you a speedy recovery.
    Hoping you will enjoy better health in future".
    Good condition with use and light age. See photos.
