Testing:
This system has been powered on and the menus and navigation have been explored as shown in testing photos. All of the devices were able to power on did so. The we do not have the ability to fully test this machine and there may be parts that are missing or not included. It was not connected to air or vacuum and none of the internal devices were operated. We only have the operator level password and did not attempt to restore with the disk.

The Inspex (KLA-Tencor) Eagle is a patterned wafer inspection system configurable for defect inspection of 300mm wafers. There are man components of this which are not listed.
