This is a used item. This unit powers on. We are able to change some of the lights and the display by pushing different buttons on the control panel. Also, when the "run" button is pushed, the arm on top moves toward the plate and the plate moves down. We are not able to test it further. It is missing a few screws from the metal cover and also a door or cover is missing on one side as can be seen in the pictures. This unit does not come with any cables, accessories, or software. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
