Once heat sealed, the bags will be airtight and tamper-proof. When you want to open the bags after they have been heat-sealed, simply pull on one of the two tear notches. The bags will open cleanly without stretching or leaving behind a messy, jagged edge. The bottom of the bags features an expanding bottom gusset that increases the internal capacity. It also allows the bags to stand on flat surfaces.
