This listing is for "String Swing" brand guitar hanger. These are commonly used in music stores to display guitars, but it could also be used in a home or studio environment. This type is designed to be used in conjunction with a slat board wall, however it could easily be screwed directly into a standard wall (of course you'd want to find a stud to secure it to). The slat board would just have the advantage of being able to easily reconfigure the position of the hanger. This hanger is adjustable so that your guitar can be held at various angles, or straight forward. I got several of these from the going out of business sale for a closing music store. As far as I can tell they have never been used. The hanger you will receive has no flaws, however it will not come in original packaging.
