Description
Vintage white-bordered, colored postcard with a view of a two children on their donkey cart,telling stories or playing make believe.
A huge stack of turf is behind them.
Title reads, "The Fairy Tales of Erin."
A short verse from Eva Brennan reads,
"'Tis said that when the moon shines,
O'er Irish glens and dells,
The Fairies slide down moonbeams,
And weave their magic spells."

Green inked note reads,
"Killarney 9/9
Dear Ellen:
We have seen many donkey carts like this. Every little farm has a donkey instead
of a small car. We had a long ride all over the Lakes of Killarney this am. 14 miles
rowed R.D.5 by 4 husky young me. Weather very nice here. They have had the wettest
summer for years. All OK. Found letters from Very & Eva when we arrived here. J.G.S."
