Description
Terri Lee is going Irish in her new dress.  The dress has a solid white cotton bodice and sleeves.  There is a black cotton cumberbund sewn around the waist.  There is a narrow gathered white lace at the neck and a narrow black satin ribbon with a black satin bow and a red satin rose.  The short sleeves have elastic. The full skirt is made from a red plaid with a white tulle petticoat and white gathered lace. I have sewn a narrow black satin bow and red rose.  The dress closes in the back with white buttons sewn over square snaps.  There is a pair of white rhumba panties with a ruffle of the plaid and a narrow white gathered lace. There are 2 narrow black satin bows and red roses sewn on the back.    All seams are serged.
